S\u00e3o Paulo, Sep 26 (EFE).- <\/strong>Brazil will arrive at FIT 2025<\/strong> in Buenos Aires (Sept. 27\u201330) with a campaign that highlights the people behind Brazilian hospitality. The initiative seeks to diversify tourism beyond the country\u2019s iconic beaches and landmarks.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no place like Brazil,\u201d says the campaign by the Brazilian Tourist Board (Embratur)<\/strong>, inviting travelers to explore hidden gems guided by local voices.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Voices behind Brazilian hospitality<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Tour guide Jessie Sim\u00f5es<\/strong> leads visitors through Tijuca National Park in Rio de Janeiro, showing hidden corners just a few kilometers from Christ the Redeemer.<\/p>\n

In Goi\u00e1s state, the Kalunga community<\/strong> offers community-based tourism. Local guide Daniel Maia shares organic cuisine and takes travelers along internal trails only accessible with residents.<\/p>\n

The campaign underscores the role of small businesses<\/strong> as the backbone of tourism.<\/p>\n

\u201cFamily inns, local restaurants, tourist transport, independent guides, and artisans make up an extensive production chain that drives regional economies,\u201d said D\u00e9cio Lima<\/strong>, president of Sebrae, in a statement sent to EFE.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Brazil at FIT 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At this year\u2019s fair, Brazil will feature 39 exhibitors<\/strong> showcasing ecotourism, adventure, and gastronomy through tastings, cultural events, and interactive experiences.<\/p>\n

A separate pavilion will host 25 exclusive spaces<\/strong> for destinations to present their natural and cultural attractions.<\/p>\n

The northeast region<\/strong> will take center stage, aiming to consolidate itself as a top destination for Argentines, said B\u00e1rbara Braga<\/strong>, secretary of tourism of Alagoas.<\/p>\n

\n

\u201cThis project now becomes a reality with its launch in Argentina, our main source market for foreign tourists,\u201d Braga noted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Argentina: Brazil\u2019s top market<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Between January and July 2025, more than 2.5 million Argentines<\/strong> traveled to Brazil, a 94% increase compared to the same period in 2024.<\/p>\n

Air connectivity is also expanding. This year alone, 27 new flights<\/strong> will link the two countries, bringing the total to 16,377 connections, mostly from Buenos Aires. efe<\/p>\n
