This landmark financing strengthens VoltaGrid\u2019s balance sheet, enhances liquidity, and positions the Company to accelerate execution of its 4.3+ GW fully contracted power deployment plan through 2028.<\/p>\n<p>Proceeds from the transactions will be used to fund VoltaGrid\u2019s ongoing growth initiatives, refinance existing debt, and support the Company\u2019s long-term capital investment in distributed power generation assets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVoltaGrid has had a transformational year of growth in our data center business,\u201d said Micah Foster, Chief Financial Officer. \u201cThe closing of this financing represents another important milestone in our evolution and funds VoltaGrid to execute on the exciting projects we have under contract as well as a strong pipeline of additional opportunities.
